Helping students succeed
Students don’t always learn at the same pace, and it isn’t uncommon for a student to fall behind or struggle at some point in their academic career. We care about the well-being of every student and provides access to several services—including academic intervention, mentoring, and counseling servicesin order to help each student achieve to his or her highest potential. We are a part of the Sonoma Unified School District Mentoring Alliance, and we have a school counselor available to work with groups of students on Tuesday. We have after school intervention classes for students who need extra help in language arts and reading, as well as enrichment classes provided throught the PTO After School Action.
A school nurse is available on call, and we have a five hour a day health technition for student health needs.
